Der Integrationsfachdienst Oberfranken begleitet Menschen mit Behinderung auf ihrem Weg zu einer nachhaltigen Teilhabe am Arbeitsleben und unterstützt Arbeitgeber kompetent bei allen Fragen rund um Beschäftigung, Inklusion und berufliche Integration.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams an unseren Standorten in Oberfranken (Bayreuth, Bamberg, Hof, Kronach, Coburg)  suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Fachkraft (m/w/d) für die Bereiche Berufliche Sicherung und Einheitliche Ansprechstelle für Arbeitgeber (EAA) in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Beratung und Begleitung von Menschen mit Behinderung im Arbeitsleben
  • Unterstützung bei beruflicher Integration und Arbeitsplatzsicherung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitgebern, Behörden und Leistungsträgern
  • Arbeitsdiagnostische Einschätzungen
  • Arbeitgeberansprache und -beratung
  • Veranstaltungsorganisation und Netzwerkpflege
  • Erstellung fachlicher Stellungnahmen und Berichte
  • Konfliktklärung und Entwicklung praktikabler Lösungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Studium z. B. Sozialpädagogik, Soziale Arbeit, Psychologie, Heilpädagogik oder vergleichbar
  • oder Bachelor/Master z. B. Rehabilitationspädagogik, Gesundheits-/Sozialwesen, psychosoziale Beratung o. ä.
  • oder abgeschlossene ergotherapeutische Ausbildung

*Zusätzlich wünschenswert:*

  • mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit der Zielgruppe
  • Kenntnisse in Beratung, sozialer Arbeit und Arbeitsdiagnostik
  • Kenntnisse im Sozial- und Arbeitsrecht, insbesondere SGB IX
  • Empathie, Eigeninitiative und Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
