Was den Job auszeichnet:

Die DRK-Soziale Dienste in der Region Hannover gGmbH sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Dozentin (m/w/d) für unsere Qualifizierungsmaßnahme zur qualifizierten Schulassistenz bzw. Schulbegleitungs- oder Inklusionsfachkraft.

Die Stelle ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet mit klarer Perspektive auf Verlängerung und der Möglichkeit einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung und Durchführung praxisorientierter Unterrichtseinheiten
  • Vermittlung relevanter Fach- und Metkenntnisse
  • Begleitung der Teilnehmenden sowie Mitwirkung an Lehrmaterialien, Dokumentation und Qualitätssicherung
  • Soziale Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden im Inklusionsbetrieb

Ihre Lehrinhalte

  • rechtliche, pädagogische und methodische Grundlagen der Schulassistenz
  • Beeinträchtigungsformen, Pflege, Kommunikation und Dokumentation
  • Kinderschutz, Inklusion, Partizipation sowie Erste Hilfe
  • Was für uns zählt:

  • fundierte Fachkenntnisse und Freude an der Wissensvermittlung
