  • AMBULANTE DIENSTE Die Ambulanten Dienste begleiten Familien in ihrem eigenen Zuhause und Umfeld. Wir unterstützen, wenn Kinder herausforderndes Verhalten zeigen, geben Hilfestellung bei der Erziehung und Alltagsbewältigung. Dabei ist es uns wichtig, dass jedes Familienmitglied seinen Platz mit eigenen Wünschen und Bedürfnissen im Miteinander findet.
  • GESUCHT zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Sozialpädagogische Fachkräfte (m/w/d), pädagogische Hilfen für Kinder und Eltern in Teilzeit (50 - 85 %) am Standort Leverkusen

IHRE AUFGABE Begleitung und Betreuung von Eltern und Kindern im häuslichen Umfeld Förderung der Kinder bzw. Jugendlichen in der Schule Erstellung von partizipativen Sachstandsberichten und Teilnahme an Hilfeplangesprächen Mitglied eines Kleinteams unter fachlicher Anleitung Flexible Arbeitszeiten, die sich an der Klientel und deren Zielen orientieren

IHR PROFIL Anerkanntes Studium im Bereich der Erziehungshilfe (Sozial-/Sonder-/Heilpädagoge o.ä.) Spaß an einer abwechslungsreichen Arbeit mit vielen Kontakten im Helfersystem Bereitschaft zur Teamarbeit Einsatz des eigenen PKWs Identifikation mit den christlichen Aufgaben, Zielen und Werten
