Sozialpädagogische Fachkräfte (w/m/d) im ambulanten Bereich der Hilfen zur Erziehung für eine Stellenausschreibung spezialisierte Fachberatungsstelle.

Zur Neueröffnung einer spezialisierten Fachberatungsstelle im Kinder- und Jugendbereich in Prenzlau suchen wir ab 01.01.2027 drei engagierte Sozialpädagoge\*innen/Sozialarbeiter\*innen oder Psycholog\*innen. Die Stellen sind mit unterschiedlichen Wochenstunden (20,00 bzw. 30,00 h/Wo.) zu besetzen.

Arbeitsschwerpunkte:

psychosoziale Beratung von Betroffenen, Familienangehörigen, Fachkräften
Unterstützung bei Kriseninterventionen
Informationen zu Weitervermittlungsmöglichkeiten
Organisieren und Durchführung von Präventionsangeboten
interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Institutionen
Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
Verwaltungs- und Dokumentationsaufgaben
Umsetzung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems

Voraussetzungen:

abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich: Sozialpädagogik, Psychologie oder gleichwertig
hohe Belastbarkeit, ausgeprägte Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
authentische und wertschätzende Haltung
fachliches Reflexionsvermögen
Berufserfahrung im Beratungskontext ist wünschenswert
