Zur Unterstützung unserer Teams in der stationären Kinder- und Jugendhilfe (Wohngruppe) suchen wir zum baldigen Eintritt sozialpädagogische Fachkräfte in Vollzeit und Teilzeit für den Einsatzbereich in

Pforzheim

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Die Betreuung und Begleitung von jungen Menschen über Tag und Nacht im Schichtdienst
  • Gestaltung des Tagesablaufs und Strukturierung des Alltags
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung schulischer und beruflicher Perspektiven
  • Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit den Herkunftsfamilien, dem Sozialen Dienst und anderen Kooperationspartnern
  • Beziehungsarbeit und Gestaltung der Freizeit
  • Übernahme hauswirtschaftlicher Tätigkeiten

Das ist uns wichtig:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. abgeschlossenes Studium
  • Sie bringen ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit mit und sind trotzdem ein Team-Player
  • Sie haben eine hohe Reflexionsfähigkeit, bringen Dialogbereitschaft mit und können auch mit Kritik gut umgehen
  • Bereitschaft zur Verantwortungsübernahme
  • Wertschätzende Haltung gegenüber den Klient*innen
  • Bereitschaft für Schichtdienst und Wochenenddienste
  • Umsetzung unseres pädagogischen Konzepts
