Das Nicolai Institut für Bildung und Familientherapie in Leimen möchte sein Team erweitern.

Wen wir suchen:

  • berufserfahrene Fachkräfte mit abgeschlossener Ausbildung zum/r ErzieherIn/ Jugend- und HeimerzieherIn bzw. abgeschlossenem Studium in Sozialpädagogik, Pädagogik, Soziologie, Bildungs- oder Erziehungswissenschaften.
  • Eine systemische Zusatzqualifikation ist wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung.

Ihr Einsatzbereich:

  • Sozialpädagogische Familienhilfe
  • Erziehungsbeistandschaft
  • Intensive sozialpädagogische Einzelbetreuung
  • Systemische Familientherapie
  • Der Einsatz erfolgt im Raum Heidelberg und im Rhein-Neckar-Kreis.
  • Ein Führerschein Klasse B ist erforderlich.
  • Dienstfahrzeug und Mobiltelefon werden gestellt.

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Berufserfahrung in der ambulanten Jugendhilfe oder vergleichbaren Kontexten
  • Freude an eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten mit Familien in komplexen Lebenslagen
  • Sicherheit im Kontakt, Belastbarkeit und fachliche Klarheit
  • Systemisches Denken und Handeln, auch ohne formalen Abschluss
  • Lust auf Entwicklung, Reflexion und gemeinsames Lernen
