Die Kindergruppe Kinderbutze e.V. ist eine von Eltern getragene Initiative im Östlichen Ringgebiet, in der Helmstedter Straße 20. Hier werden von 7:30 Uhr bis 15:00 Uhr 20 Kinder zwischen 2 und 6 Jahren betreut. Die Kinderbutze ist ein gemeinnütziger Verein und gehört zum Dachverband der Elterninitiativen in Braunschweig.

Zu den Aufgabenschwerpunkten gehören die Betreuung der Kinder, die Umsetzung des pädagogischen Konzepts sowie organisatorische Aufgaben.

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • einen liebevollen Umgang mit den Kindern
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Konflikt- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Eigenengagement und aktives Einbringen in Projektplanung
