  • Abhängig von der erforderlichen Qualifikation und der einschlägigen Berufserfahrung beträgt das Bruttogehalt in der Entgeltgruppe S 4 aktuell zwischen 3.291,46 € (Stufe 1) und 3.698,06 € (Stufe 3) bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
  • SuE-Zulage: 130,00 € bei Vollzeit
  • Leistungsentgelt / Jahressonderzahlung
  • betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement

## Deine Tätigkeit bei uns

  • bedarfsorientierte Begleitung und Förderung der Fähigkeiten von Bewohner:innen
  • Anleitung im praktischen Lebensbereich
  • individuelle Förderung in sämtlichen Belangen des alltäglichen Lebens
  • Durchführung von verschiedenen Gruppenaktivitäten und Angeboten
  • enge und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den Kolleg:innen, Angehörigen und externen Ansprechpartner:innen
  • Arbeitszeiten in der Regel: In den Nachmittags- sowie Abendstunden
  • Wochenenddienst i. d. R. alle zwei Wochen
  • die Stelle ist zunächst als Krankheitsvertretung für sechs Monate befristet
  • eine anschließende Übernahme wird angestrebt

## Dein Profil

  • Sozialpädagogische:r Assistent:in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in, Altenpfleger:in oder Kinderpfleger:in
  • vergleichbare pädagogische oder pflegerische Qualifikation
  • im Idealfall Berufserfahrung in einer Einrichtung für Menschen mit Hilfebedarf
  • flexibel und teamfähig
  • selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise
  • Berufsanfänger:innen sind genauso willkommen
