Sozialpädagogische Assistentin (m/w/d)

20 Stunden/Woche ab 01.11.2026

Seit über 30 Jahren sind wir eine eingruppige, familiäre Kita hier in Schnelsen-Burgwedel – ein Ort, an dem 20 Kinder zwischen 1 und 6 Jahren jeden Tag mit Neugier, Freude und Geborgenheit aufwachsen.

Unser Team arbeitet auf Augenhöhe und einem besonderen Fokus auf Vertrauen, Respekt und gegenseitiger Wertschätzung.

Du bist eine erfahrene Sozialpädagogische Assistentin (m/w/d), die mit Leidenschaft, Empathie und Toleranz den Alltag unserer Kinder bereichert.

Du bringst mit:

  • Berufserfahrung
  • Engagement und Freude daran, Kinder in ihrer Entwicklung zu begleiten
  • Offenheit und Empathie für unsere kunterbunte, diverse Elternschaft & Kindergruppe

Wir bieten:
