  • 🕒 26 Wochenstunden in der Kleinkindgemeinschaft, befristet bis zum 31.12.2026 mit Option auf Verlängerung

Das Kinderhaus Bonner Str. in Hannover bietet Kindern einen liebevollen und geschützten Raum zum Wachsen und Entdecken. Besonders in unserer Kleinkindgemeinschaft (KKG) begleiten wir die Jüngsten mit viel Einfühlungsvermögen, Struktur und Freude in ihrer Entwicklung.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine flexible und engagierte pädagogische Fachkraft in der Kleinkindgemeinschaft (m/w/d).

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Teams in der Kleinkindgemeinschaft (KKG)
  • Begleitung und Förderung der Kinder im Alltag
  • Mitgestaltung eines liebevollen und strukturierten Tagesablaufs
  • Planung und Durchführung altersgerechter pädagogischer Angebote
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen und Eltern
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation der kindlichen Entwicklung

### Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher:in oder Sozialassistent:in
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kleinkindern
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Einfühlsamer und wertschätzender Umgang
  • Interesse an der Montessori Pädagogik
