Deine Aufgabengebiete:

  • Erziehen, Betreuen und Fördern von Kindern: Krippen- oder Elementarbereich
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von gruppenbezogenen Angeboten, wie z. B. Sport, Singen und Tanzen, Sprache, Werken, Technik
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung bei den Mahlzeiten und der Körperpflege
  • Regelmäßiger Austausch und Reflexion mit den Kollegen zur tagesaktuellen Abstimmung

Unsere Anforderungen an Dich als Sozialpädagogischen Assistent (m/w/d):

  • Ausbildung zum Sozialpädagogischen Assistenten (m/w/d)
  • Voraussetzung ist ein Führerschein der Klasse B ; ein eigener PKW ist wünschenswert
  • Spaß an der eigenständigen Arbeit in Bildung, Erziehung und Betreuung von Kindern
  • Reflexionsvermögen bzgl. der eigenen Haltung und Arbeit mit Kindern
  • Sensibilität für Gruppendynamiken und unterschiedliches Sozialverhalten der Kinder
