DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

  • abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor/FH) im sozialwissenschaftlichen
  • Bereich und Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Tätigkeit
  • Erfahrung in der verantwortlichen Entwicklung und Durchführung von Projekten
  • Fähigkeit zur Steuerung komplexer Planungs- und Umsetzungsprozesse
  • Kenntnisse im Sozialrecht und in den Methoden der empirischen Sozialforschung und Datenanalyse sowie in der sozialen Quartiersentwicklung
  • hohe Sozialkompetenz, starke Konfliktfähigkeit, Kommunikations- sowie Moderationsfähigkeit
  • zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägtes Kostendenken, hohe Flexibilität
  • Besitz der Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B

DAS ERWARTET SIE

  • Sie konzipieren zielgruppenorientierte Wohnmodelle und setzen diese erfolgreich um.
  • Sie entwickeln Strategiekonzepte für Quartiersentwicklungen und begleiten deren Realisierung.
  • Sie übernehmen Quartiersmanagementaufgaben und sind regelmäßig in den Wohngebieten präsent.
  • Sie fördern das Engagement sowie die Mitbestimmung unserer Mieterinnen und Mieter.
  • Sie entwickeln präventive Strategien zur Vermeidung sozialer Spannungen in den Wohnquartieren.
  • Sie übernehmen die Fachaufsicht sowie die Evaluierung von Wohnprojekten und Nachbarschaftstreffen.
