Responsibilities:

• •Assist in overseeing daily operations of the spa, pool, and fitness center.
• •Deliver exceptional guest service while working closely with Team Members to maintain a welcoming and professional spa environment.
• •Train, coach, and evaluate Team Members to support consistent service and operational standards.
• •Serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• •Oversee spa maintenance and overall cleanliness.
• •Maintain current knowledge of spa services, pricing, offerings, schedules, and specials.
• •Assist with ordering retail merchandise and professional products.
• •Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• •One to two years of leadership experience in a spa or salon facility; experience in a high-end spa or salon preferred.
• •Exceptional interpersonal and guest service skills.
• •Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to guest needs.
• •Ability to work closely with Team Members and provide effective training, coaching, and guidance.
• •Ability to assume Manager on Duty responsibilities when needed.
• •Availability to work day and swing shifts.
