Job Description:

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Spanish Bilingual Recruiter to support recruitment activities by identifying and engaging qualified candidates across various channels. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in English and Spanish, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• •Source candidates through job boards, social media, company websites, staffing firms, and other recruitment channels.
• •Conduct pre-screening calls to assess qualifications, availability, and compensation expectations.
• •Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent.
• •Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.
• •Communicate professionally with candidates in English and Spanish.
• •Support additional recruitment and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• •Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• •At least 6 months of experience in any of the following:
• •BPO or Call Center
• •Retail or Customer Service
• •Sales
• •Hospitality
• •ESL Teaching
• •Email, Chat, or Back-Office Support
• •Other service-oriented roles

• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Willingness to learn and develop in recruitment and sourcing.
• •Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• •Comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
