Perform the proper technical elaborations/reviews and ensure proper coordination of the proposal activities during the proposal phase in order to deliver a Proposal on time and quality.

• 1. Coordinate proposal activities during the proposal bidding preparation
• 2. Initiate and follow the technical proposal elaboration/review
• 3. Initiate and prepare different reviews as per project Development Procedures (A meeting, B meeting, PRI, …) in a timely manner
• 4. Handover Proposal to Project execution team
• 5. Elaborate and review technical appendix
• 6. Supervise and guide proposal engineers

• 1.Bachelor degree in engineering
• 2. 5+ years experience in the related field: engineering, design, project management, finance and procurement
