• •Responsible for understanding data and descriptive analysis, performing relevant activities across all project phases (including source data ingest, data modeling and preparation, and data wrangling directly in reporting tools).
• •Explores and wrangles data to define necessary data processing rules to support insights needs.
• •Builds analyses/reports that support business goals based on understanding of the customer/stakeholder's business needs/ priorities and helps to build analyses that support business goals.
• •Use of AI to help with data analysis and model creation and use of AI in Power BI as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Mines and analyzes data from disparate databases/sources to drive optimization and improvement.
• •Develop and maintain Power BI reports and apps
• •Understands the complexity/dependencies between multiple teams, platforms (people, technologies).
• •Communicates intensively with other platform/competencies to understand new trends and methodologies being implemented/considered within the company ecosystem.
• •Appreciates the customer/stakeholder's business needs/priorities and helps to build analyses that support our business goals.
• •Establishes and manages the close relationship with customers/stakeholders.
• •Accountable for ensuring delivery analyses with high-quality standards, timeliness, compliance, and excellent user experience.
• •Contributes to innovative experiments, specifically to idea generation, idea incubation, and/or experimentation, identifying tangible and measurable criteria.
• •Conducts profiling, standardization, and harmonization to collect business rules.
• •Queries data to identify patterns and/or anomalies.
• •Support testing efforts.
• •Manage business testing and validation of insights.

What should you have

• •Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any Technology stream.
• •3+ years of developing data pipelines, Data analysis, Data Modelling, Power BI data infrastructure.
• •Demonstrated expertise in delivering large-scale information management technology solutions encompassing data integration and self-service analytics enablement.
• •Working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint
• •Experienced in software/data engineering practices (including versioning, release management, deployment of datasets, agile & related software tools).
• •Working knowledge of at least one large-scale data processing technology (e.g., High-performance computing, distributed computing), databases, and underlying technology (cloud or on-prem environments, containerization, distributed storage & databases)
• •Strong working knowledge of Power BI
• •Knowledge in Cloud (Good to have)
• •Data access in cloud and some basic knowledge
• •Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• •Proven record of delivering high-quality results.
• •Product and customer-centric approach.
• •Innovative thinking, experimental mindset.
