  • Unterstützung bei der inhaltlichen Weiterentwicklung der Aus- und Weiterbildungs-angebote.
  • Unterstützung bei der Auswertung von KPI's zur Überwachung der Wirksamkeit von L&D-Angeboten.
  • Moderation und zielgerichtete Begleitung von Austauschformaten im Rahmen der Aus- und Weiterbildungsangebote.
  • Durchführung und Nachbereitung von z.B. Ausbildungsmessen, Roadshows.
  • Sicherstellung der Umsetzung von Inhalten und Prozessen im Rahmen der Aus- und Weiterbildungsangebote.
  • Beratung der internen Schnittstellen (z.B. Vertriebsaußendienst, Marktmitarbeitende & Franchisepartner) zu Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten in der Akademie.

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich
  • Erfahrung in der Beratung und Betreuung von Führungskräften und unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen.
  • ADA-Schein
  • SAP Basiskenntnisse
  • gute Office-Kenntnisse und digitaler (Collaboration-)Tools
  • Kreativität und ein Gespür für innovative Ansätze
