  • Aufgabe:
  • Ihre Aufgabe ist die termingerechte Versorgung der Fertigung und des Versands mit kostengünstigen Produkten in ausreichend hohen Qualität und geeigneten Losgrößen.
  • Bestellwesen & Einkauf: Beschaffung, Mengenbündelung und Vermeidung von Mindermengenzuschlägen
  • Administration: Terminverfolgung, Pflege des Artikel-Lieferantenstamms im ERP-System
  • Qualität & Compliance: Prüfung von Auftragsbestätigungen, Rechnungen sowie Einholung von ROHS-/Reach-Zertifikaten
  • Qualifikation:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf / der Disposition
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, ERP-Kenntnisse sind ein großes Plus
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ein sicheres, selbstbewusstes Auftreten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Grundkenntnisse in Englisch von Vorteil
