Job Title:

Specialist, Operations Support

Job Description

The Reports Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide timely, accurate, and actionable reports that support business operations and decision-making. This role develops dashboards, automates reporting processes, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensures data integrity across multiple business functions. This position partners cross-functionally with Operations, Training and Quality for reporting and automation needs. Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Reporting & Analytics
  • ▪ Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring operational and business reports.
  • ▪ Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • ▪ Create dashboards and scorecards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • ▪ Prepare ad hoc reports and data analyses to support business needs.
  • ▪ Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • 2. Data Management
  • ▪ Extract, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources.
  • ▪ Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reports.
  • ▪ Maintain reporting databases, templates, and documentation.
  • ▪ Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  • 3. Dashboard Development
  • ▪ Design interactive dashboards and visualizations using reporting tools.
  • ▪ Continuously improve reporting formats to enhance usability and decision-making.
  • ▪ Support leadership with executive-level reporting and performance summaries.
  • 4. Process Improvement
  • ▪ Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.
  • ▪ Recommend improvements to reporting workflows and data collection methods.
  • ▪ Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.
  • 5. Collaboration
  • ▪ Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
  • ▪ Provide analytical support for projects, audits, and business initiatives.
  • ▪ Assist users in interpreting reports and understanding business metrics.
