  • Aufgabe:
  • Auftragsmanagement Servicegeschäft von Auftragseingang bis Fakturierung: komplexe Revisionsprojekte, Reparaturen, Reklamationsmanagement
  • Aktive Projektabstimmung mit Kunden, Vertrieb und weiteren internen Stakeholdern
  • Eigenverantwortliche proaktive lösungsorientierte Projektsteuerung (prozessübergreifende Abstimmung mit internen und externen Beteiligten) inkl. Durchführung von Besprechungen
  • Unterstützung im Bereich Projektanbahnung und -vorbereitung
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Einleitung Versandprozesse inkl. Nachverfolgung
  • Ermittlung von Preisen nach Vertriebsvorgaben und anschließender Rechnungslegung
  • Durchführung von Projektauswertungen (Projektcontrolling) und entsprechende Dokumentation
  • Qualifikation:
  • Kaufmännische- o. technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbares Studium
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im projektbezogenen Auftragsmanagement
  • Ausgeprägtes Leistungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 und in der Zollabwicklung sind von Vorteil
