Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen:
- Zeitnahe Verbuchung der Eingangsrechnung
- Digitalisierung von Eingangsrechnungen
- Sicherstellung einer korrekten Rechnungsbearbeitung
- Rechnungsprüfung gemäß den gesetzlichen Anforderungen
- Externer Kontakt zu Lieferanten sowie interner Kontakt zu Bestellanforderern bzw. Kostenstellenverantwortlichen etc.
- Erstellung von Reportings
Kontenpflege:
Durchführung der Kontenpflege, betrifft sowohl Kreditoren als auch zugehörige WERE Konten,
Klärung von Differenzen
Key User für das Rechnungsverarbeitungsprogramm von Tungston/Kofax:
- Fortlaufende Anpassung, Pflege und Customizing im Tagesgeschäft, Testen bei Updates und Upgrades
- Mitarbeit in Projekten, z.B.: Testen und Einführung E-Invoicing für diverse Länder
Back Office für Konzern-Treasury:
- Tägliche Prüfung der durchgeführten Money Market-, FX- und Commodity-Geschäfte/Hedgings in Bezug auf Marktkonformität, Vollständigkeit und Plausibilität
- Prüfung der durchgeführten Banküberträge
Sonstiges:
- Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und Testung S/4 Hanna
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Projektarbeit
- Mitarbeit bei Jahresabschlussarbeiten (z.B. Rückstellungen)
- Ansprechpartner im Bereich Accounts Payable
- Bearbeitung von Mahnungen
Ausbildung (Abschluss)
Kaufmännische Ausbildung
Bescheinigungen
Gegebenenfalls zusätzliche berufsspezifische Weiterbildung (beispielsweise als Bilanzbuchhalter)
Fähigkeiten
- SAP R3 Kenntnisse
- Kenntnisse Software Tungston
- HGB- und IFRS-Kenntnisse: z.B. Verjährungs-, Aufbewahrungsfristen, Brutto-Nettoverbuchung etc. für zugewiesene Buchungskreise
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Umsatzsteuer
Berufserfahrung
Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung zur Erlangung eines umfassenden Verständnisses für die Gesamtprozesse
Sprachen
Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
