  • Vorbereitung sowie fach- und termingerechte Durchführung der Entgeltabrechnung unter Berücksichtigung des gültigen Arbeitsrechts, der Tarifverträge und des Lohnsteuer- sowie Sozialversicherungsrechts in SAP
  • Erfassung und Pflege aller abrechnungsrelevanten Personalstammdaten
  • Ansprechpartner für alle Fragestellungen zur Entgeltabrechnung für Beschäftigte und Führungskräfte
  • Aus- und Bearbeitung von lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Themen
  • Bearbeitung der gesetzlichen elektronischen Bescheinigungs- und Meldeverfahren
  • Datenpflege und Datenkontrolle in SAP und SucessFactors
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Personalkaufmann, Industriekaufmann) oder vergleichbar
  • Alternativ: abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (z.B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Personal, Steuerrecht etc.)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Entgeltabrechnung
  • Sicheres Wissen im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP HCM und sehr gute Kenntnisse in SuccessFactors
  • Affinität zu IT Systemen
  • Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Diskretionsverständnis
