  • Aufbau einer neuen Einkaufsorganisation am Standort in Neuss der Rheinmetall Air Defence Germany GmbH
  • Gestaltung der Einkaufsprozesse, sowohl in der Organisation, wie auch im ERP System für das neue Montagewerk in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Niederlassung in der Schweiz, sowie der lokalen Organisation
  • Operative Beschaffungsabwicklung sowohl von Non Production Material-Bestellungen für die Aufbauphase sowie später für alle Produktionsmaterialien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Operations
  • Konzeption von fertigungsunterstützenden Prozessen mit Lieferanten (m/w/d), wie C-Teilmanagement, Betriebs- und Hilfsstoffen oder Services
  • Aufbau einer Lieferkette in Deutschland für ausgewählte Warengruppen
  • Koordination der Systemlieferanten (m/w/d) zusammen mit der Niederlassung in der Schweiz
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung sämtlicher rechtlichen und organisatorischen Anforderungen an den Einkauf in Zusammenarbeit mit der Exportabteilung, Rheinmetall Group Procurement, Compliance und Tax
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit technischem Hintergrund, z.B. Technischer Betriebswirt (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf im produzierenden Gewerbe
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in ERP Systemen, idealerweise SAP sowie MC-Office Kenntnisse
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschickt sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutsch-, und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu mehrwöchigen Auslandsaufenthalten, vor allem im Rahmen der Einarbeitung
