  • Für unseren Kunden, ein führendes Logistikunternehmen, suchen wir einen Specialist Seafreight Import/Export (m/w/d). Du koordinierst internationale Seefrachtsendungen im Import und Export, behältst Termine und Versanddokumente im Blick und arbeitest eng mit Kunden sowie internationalen Partnern zusammen.

Das erwartet dich:

  • Organisation und Steuerung von Seefrachtsendungen im Import und Export
  • Koordination internationaler Transportabläufe im FCL- und LCL-Bereich
  • Kommunikation mit Reedereien, Agenten und weiteren Geschäftspartnern
  • Bearbeitung und Kontrolle aller transportrelevanten Unterlagen
  • Überwachung laufender Sendungen und Sicherstellung termingerechter Abläufe
  • Kalkulation von Transportkosten sowie Mitwirkung bei der Rechnungsstellung
  • Kompetente Ansprechperson für Kunden im In- und Ausland
  • Lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Einhaltung zollrechtlicher, gesetzlicher und gefahrgutrelevanter Vorgaben

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung speditionellen Bereich
  • Erfahrung in der Seefracht oder im speditionellen Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kunden und internationalen Partnern
  • Kenntnisse in Zoll- und Gefahrgutthemen wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
