- Betreuung der einzelnen Reportingeinheiten / Gesellschaften sowie der konsolidierten Business Unit Projects & Services
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals und Jahresabschlüssen nach GKV/UKV sowie IFRS/HGB
- Erstellung von Prognosen (insb. GuV, Bilanz, Cash-Flow, Liquidität)
- Erstellung des internen und externen Reportings
- Erstellung von Abweichungsanalysen und Kommentierung sowie Ableitung und Nachverfolgung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Erstellung der jährlichen Unternehmensplanung
- Erstellung von internen und externen Präsentationen auf C-Level
- Ermittlung von zentralen Business Unit Umlagen sowie Zuschlags- und Verrechnungssätzen / Durchführung BAB
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Controlling
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzen & Controlling
- Berufserfahrung im Konzernumfeld wünschenswert
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP- und Buchhaltungssystemen
- Hohe Prozessaffinität sowie strukturierte, analytische, selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
