Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kfm. Ausbildung als Speditionskauffrau/mann oder Groß- und Außenhandelskauffrau/mann
  • Erfahrung im Versand von Gefahrgütern ADR/ IMDG/ DGR/ RID
  • Kenntnisse im Zollwesen (ABD, Warenverkehrsbescheinigungen, Langzeitlieferantenerklärungen)
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office Paket
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Auftragserfassung im Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Erstellung aller notwendigen Versanddokumente national und international für Gefahrgüter
  • Beantragung von Zolldokumenten für unsere int. Transporte
  • Direkter Ansprechpartner der Spediteure bzgl. Terminvorgaben und Frachtpreise
  • Überwachung der vorgegebenen Liefertermine
  • LKW-Abfertigung inkl. Überprüfung der relevanten Fahrerdokumente nach gültigem ADR/ IMDG/ DGR/ RID
  • Bearbeitung von Retouren und Transportschäden
  • Bedienung der Telefonzentrale
