Unser Kunde ist ein weltweiter KeyPlayer im Bereich Logistik und sucht aktuell nach "Customer Service (w/m/d)" für sein Team.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Transportdokumenten
  • Rezeption
  • Selbstständige Erstellung von Warenerklärungen im Import und Export, insbesondere für Lebensmittel und Arzneiwaren
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden in Zoll- und Logistikfragen, Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Reklamationen
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung von Zoll- und Importprozessen
  • Unterstützung in der Rechnungslegung und allgemeinen Logistikprozessen

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder relevante Berufserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse an der Rezeption und im Kundenservice von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in einem ERP-System wünschenswert
  • Kommunikationssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Genauigkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Das gebotene Gehaltspaket:
  • Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 40.000, Überzahlung aufgrund von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
