  • Kaufmännische Abwicklung von Sendungen und Kundenaufträgen
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen
  • Ansprechpartner für LKW-Lenker und Kunden
  • Übernahme und Kontrolle von Fracht- und Transportpapieren
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Sendungen im IT-System
  • Erstellung von Transportdokumenten und Rechnungen
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen
  • Unterstützung bei Auswertungen, Abrechnungen und Inventuren
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise Spedition oder Büro
  • Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen bzw. logistischen Bereich
  • Versierte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse und Bereitschaft, neue Systeme zu lernen
  • Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu Schicht-, Nacht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsarbeit
