Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Definierung, Planung und Adaptierung der Zollstrategie von WFL Österreich und den dazugehörigen NL und Werke in Übersee
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Behörden, Zollstellen, Speditionen, Zollagenturen
  • Zollprozesse analysieren, bewerten und verbessern
  • Änderungen im Zollrecht & Präferenzregeln überwachen
  • Ansprechperson für interne Fachbereiche bei Fragen zu Importprozessen in Drittländern
  • Risiken im Zoll- & Außenhandelsrecht bewerten und evaluieren
  • Betreuung und Koordination von Zollverfahren, Audits und Bewilligungen, insbesondere AEO, CBAM, REACH, ISPM, Carnet und Veredelungsverfahren
  • Wartung von Lieferantenerklärungen, Warenursprüngen und Präferenzen
  • Pflege von zoll- und außenhandelsrelevanten Systemdaten (ERP)
  • Warentarifierungen sowie Unterstützung der operativen Versandmannschaft bei der Gefahrengutabklärung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder logistische Ausbildung (bzw. FH, Uni etc.), idealerweise kombiniert mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung und Fachkompetenz im Zollwesen.
  • Fundierte und nachweisbare Kenntnisse im Zoll- und Außenhandelsrecht
  • Lösungsorientiertes Handeln im regulatorischen Rahmen
  • SAP-Kenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse mit MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) erfoderlich
  • Grundkenntnisse im Gefahrgut und im US-Re-Export Gesetz wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Importprozessen in US, UK, IN, CN wünschenswert
  • Technisches Materialinteresse zur Tarifierung von Vorteil

Unser Angebot

Entgelt und Benefits: Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt € 3.893,31 brutto/Monat. Die tatsächliche Bezahlung ist von der jeweiligen Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung abhängig. Je nach Position bieten wir flexible Arbeitszeiten und Möglichkeit zu Homeoffice.
