  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Bearbeitung von Versand- und Frachtpapieren
  • Abwicklung von Zollformalitäten und -dokumenten
  • Kommunikation und Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Erstellung und Auswertung von Statistiken und Berichten zur Transportabwicklung
  • Verwaltung und Pflege der Kundendatenbank
  • Rechnungsstellung und -prüfung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung interner Prozesse und Abläufe
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Spedition und Logistik von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office und Speditionssoftware
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil!
