  • Unser Mandant ist die Europa-Zentrale eines international tätigen Unternehmens in Bremen. Am Standort arbeiten rund 30 Kolleginnen und Kollegen. Versendet werden Ersatzteile und Komponenten für Luftfahrt und Hubschrauber – international, terminkritisch und dokumentationssauber.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Export- und Versandabwicklung für internationale Sendungen
  • Koordination mit Speditionen/Transportdienstleistern und internen Schnittstellen (u. a. Lager)
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Versand- und Exportdokumenten
  • Sendungsverfolgung, Terminsteuerung und Klärung von Abweichungen
  • Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft rund um Zoll-/Ausfuhrprozesse

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) oder Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in Export/Versand (international von Vorteil)
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Software-affin als Anwender: sicher im Umgang mit ERP/Versandtools und MS Office
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und klare Kommunikation
