  • Für ein international tätiges Unternehmen im Herzen von Hamburg suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte Speditionskauffrau beziehungsweise einen Speditionskaufmann in Vollzeit und unbefristeter Festanstellung.

  • ###### Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Organisation und Koordination nationaler sowie internationaler Transporte\(See-, Luft- und Landfracht\)
  • Erstellung von Ausfuhr- und Versanddokumenten, auch gemäß Akkreditiv\(Transportaufträge, Packlisten, Ausfuhranmeldungen Zoll/ATLAS etc.\)
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit internationalen Kunden und Logistikdienstleistern \(englisch\)
  • Kalkulation und Erstellung von Ursprungsnachweisen\(Lieferantenerklärungen, Ursprungszeugnisse\)
  • Auswahl von Logistikdienstleistern nach kaufmännischen Kriterien
  • Kontrolle und Prüfung der Abrechnung von Logistikdienstleistern
  • Koordination innerbetrieblicher Transporte
  • Kalkulation, Angebotserstellung und Abrechnung von Transportleistungen
  • ###### Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann / Speditionskauffrau, Außenhandelskaufmann oder vergleichbare Qualifikation \(m/w/d\)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Speditions- oder Logistikbereich von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der See- und/oder Luftfracht, idealerweise Projektlogistik
  • Exporterfahrung erforderlich, Importkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie gängigen Transport- oder ERP-Systemen
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
