Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Berufserfahrung in der Spedition oder Logistik, insbesondere im Bereich Zollabwicklung.
  • Sie besitzen Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Zollpapieren sowie in Import- und Exportprozessen.
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und verantwortungsbewusst.
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit Kunden, Fahrern und Partnern runden Ihr Profil ab.
  • Sie haben einen hohen Anspruch an Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und termingerechte Abwicklung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Zollpapieren für Import- und Exportsendungen
  • Abwicklung der Zollanmeldungen sowie Kommunikation mit Zollbehörden
  • Organisation und Disposition von nationalen und internationalen Transporten
  • Koordination von Versandabläufen sowie Abstimmung mit Kunden, Speditionen und Fahrern
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Transportabläufen
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Fracht-, Versand- und Exportdokumenten
  • Pflege und Verwaltung der Sendungs- und Zolldaten im System
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen logistischen und organisatorischen Aufgaben im Versandbereich
