Aufgaben:

  • Kompetenter Ansprechpartner (w/m) für Lieferanten und Kunden
  • Erstellung von Versandpapieren
  • Überwachen der Liefertermine
  • Selbstständiges Bearbeiten der eingehenden Aufträge
  • Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten
  • Selbstständige Koordination mit den Spediteuren
  • Anmeldung von Lieferungen im Kundenportal

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann, Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann, Industriekaufmann oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Versand (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung mit SAP-Versandabwicklung, wenn möglich inkl. Zollabwicklung
  • Berufserfahrung im relevanten Bereich wünschenswert
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Organisationstalent und Flexibilität
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Belastbarkeit
