Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung der Telefonzentrale und Anmeldung
  • Koordination der Touren und Betreuung der Fahrer im Tagesgeschäft
  • Prüfung von Aufträgen und Klärung von Abweichungen (z. B.
  • Fehlmengen)
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Wareneingangs-, Warenausgangs- und
  • Exportpapieren
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Disposition, Lager und weiteren internen
  • Schnittstellen
  • Pflege und Nachverfolgung von Aufträgen im System

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich
  • Spedition oder Logistik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft Office-Anwendungen
  • Erste Erfahrung mit SAP oder Warehouse-Management-Systemen von
  • Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Mehrschichtsystem (Früh-, Spät-, Tag-
  • und Nachtschicht)
  • Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
