Deine Aufgaben:

  • Organisation und Koordination von Transporten
  • Anmeldung und Abwicklung von Sendungen bei Speditionen und Transportdienstleistern
  • Durchführung der Zollabwicklung sowie Erstellung der erforderlichen Versand- und Zolldokumente
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Versandabwicklung
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Speditionen, Frachtführern und internen Fachabteilungen

Du bringst mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung m/w/d oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Spedition, Versand oder Logistik
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel sowie sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
  • Kenntnisse in der Zoll und Versandabwicklung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
