Wir suchen für ein namhaftes Unternehmen in Bremen langfristig folgende Qualifikation(en):

  • Speditionskaufmann (w/m/d) im Bereich Außenhandel
  • zur Direktvermittlung

Aufgaben ...

  • Abwicklung von Exportaufträgen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Auftragsabwicklung einschl. Kalkulation
  • Kommunikation mit Speditionen, Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Bearbeitung von Akkreditiven
  • Beantragung und Kontrolle von Auslandsavalen
  • Wareneingangskontrolle
  • Zolltechnische Abwicklung
  • Verladung (inkl. Ausstellung bzw. Beschaffung notwendiger Dokumente)
  • Sendungsüberwachung
  • Koordination der Versandaufgaben gegebenenfalls an die Länderabteilungen

Kenntnisse …

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung als
  • Außenhandelskaufmann/-frau oder Speditionskaufmann/-frau
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als AEO
  • Sicherer Umgang mit allen MS Office-Produkten
  • Kenntnisse aus dem Speditionswesen wünschenswert
  • Organisationstalent
  • Sehr gute englische Sprachkenntnisse, Französische und/oder russische
  • Sprachkenntnisse wären wünschenswert
  • Sicheres Auftreten
