  • Teams! Zur Verstärkung unseres Bereichs Supply Chain suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter Versandbüro (m/w/d) .
  • Die vorliegende Stelle ist im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung zu besetzen.

Speditionskaufmann (w/m/d) in Mannheim

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Kontrolle von Export- und Zolldokumenten
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Versandaufträgen im ERP-System
  • Erstellung von Versandlisten und Organisation der Fahrerabfertigung und Sicherstellung eines termingerechten Warenversands
  • Erfassung von Wareneingängen im ERP-System
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Speditionen sowie Transportdienstleistern
  • Planung und Anmeldung von Transporten über interne und externe Portale
  • Erstellung von Frachtpapieren und Erfassung von Transportaufträgen
  • Prüfung und Kontierung von Speditionsrechnungen
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Speditionskaufmann / Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung im Versandbüro, Export, Zoll oder in der Logistik
  • Kenntnisse in der Exportabwicklung sowie im Zoll-, Import- und Exportrecht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie den MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
