Description:

Trinity Health of New England is looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our mission-driven team in our out patient rehabilitation department at Mercy Medical Center.

The Speech Language Pathologist is member of a comprehensive care team who identifies appropriate long- and short-term goals and develops treatment plans to respond to those goals for patients with mild-moderate cognitive deficit among other neurological disorders.

What will you do:

• •Performs comprehensive evaluations.
• •Establishes functional goals based upon evaluation results targeting deficit areas, to help patients achieve a maximum level of functional independence.
• •Provides professional interaction with patients, family members, interdisciplinary team members, and other staff members and colleagues.,
• •completes all documentation in accordance with professional, organizational, and regulatory compliance standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• •Education: Graduate of an accredited program with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• •Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• •State of Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology Licensure
