We're seeking a dedicated SLP to help patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing while working as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.

What You'll Do

• •Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• •Provide skilled speech-language pathology services in a post-acute rehabilitation setting.
• •Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• •Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs.
• •Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
• •Participate in care planning to help patients achieve their highest level of independence and function.

Qualifications

• •Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• •Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of Michigan.
• •Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred. Clinical Fellowship candidates are encouraged to apply where applicable.
• •Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• •Experience in post-acute rehabilitation, rehabilitation services, or geriatric care is preferred but not required.
