Als Spezialist (m/w/d) für CAFM übernehmen Sie zentrale Aufgaben im Umgang mit unserer CAFM-Software und sorgen für die effektive Nutzung des Systems.

  • Sie betreuen unser CAFM-System, verwalten Benutzerzugänge und verbessern die Funktionalität.
  • Sie übernehmen die Budgetverantwortung in Ihrem Bereich und sorgen für einen effizienten Einsatz der Mittel.
  • Als erster Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für den Gebäudebetrieb arbeiten Sie eng mit den Beteiligten zusammen und stellen sicher, dass die Daten in der Software korrekt und aktuell sind.
  • Sie erstellen klare Vorgaben für die Softwarenutzung.
  • Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie bei Konzepten zur Anpassung der Software und der Einbindung notwendiger Prozesse in die Software.
  • Sie koordinieren die Schnittstelle der CAFM-Software und arbeiten eng mit anderen Teams und Bereichen zusammen.
  • Sie holen bei Bedarf intern oder externes Fachwissen ein, um optimale Lösungen zu finden.
  • Zudem stehen Sie den Anwendern zur Seite und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Betrieb.
