  • Aufgaben:
  • Durchführung und Überwachung von Downstream-Prozessen zur Herstellung biopharmazeutischer Wirkstoffe
  • Unterstützung des Produktionsteams bei komplexen Prozessschritten und Prozessimplementierungen
  • Erstellung, Überarbeitung und Optimierung von SOPs, Herstellanweisungen und GMP-Dokumentation
  • Bearbeitung von Abweichungen, Änderungsverfahren sowie Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen im GMP-Umfeld
  • Unterstützung bei Qualifizierungen, Validierungen, Inspektionen und Audits einschließlich Maßnahmenverfolgung
  • Auswertung von Prozessdaten sowie Schulung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Profil:
  • Studium im Bereich Biotechnologie, Biologie, Pharmatechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Downstream Processing, insbesondere Chromatographie, Filtration, Ultrafiltration, Diafiltration oder Proteinaufreinigung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Abweichungen, Änderungsverfahren sowie Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen
  • Kenntnisse in der Erstellung und Pflege von Standardarbeitsanweisungen sowie GMP-Dokumentation
  • analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
