Im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung suchen wir für unseren Kunden einen Spezialist im Bereich Compliance (m/w/d).

  • Aufgabe:
  • Sie entwickeln und führen Kontrollen durch und überwachen die Dokumentation und Vorschlagserarbeitung von Maßnahmen
  • Sie überprüfen das Monitoringsystem und die dazugehörigen laufenden Präventionsmaßnahmen
  • Im Compliance Bereich betreuen Sie relevante Programme und technische System
  • Zugeordnete Prozesse im Bereich Aufsichtskonformität werden von Ihnen überprüft und entwickelt
  • Projekte, Fachabteilungen und Vertriebseinheiten beraten Sie und arbeiten vertrauensvoll mit der internen und externen Revision zusammen
  • Qualifikation:
  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder ein vergleichbaren Abschluss
  • Sie bringen bereits umfangreiche Kenntnisse und eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den oben genannten Punkten mit
  • Sie besitzen Kenntnisse im Thema Aufsichtsrecht
  • Sie stellen sich gerne vor neue Herausfordrungen und sind bereit eigeninitative zu zeigen
  • Sie verfügen über ein sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, vernetztes Denken und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie Gelassenheit bei komplexen Arbeitsanforderungen
