Beschreibung: Sind Sie derzeit Ingenieur, Architekt oder Immobilienspezialist mit einer Opportunity Card in Deutschland? Suchen Sie einen praktischen Einstieg in den deutschen Immobiliensektor? Treten Sie unserem Unternehmensteam bei und verwalten Sie den gesamten Lebenszyklus eines Premium-Resorts.

Wir verbinden groß angelegte moderne Immobilienentwicklung, strukturelle Optimierung und gewerbliches Vermögensmanagement in einer integrierten Unternehmensstruktur.

Ihr Weg an unserer Immobilienakademie

  • Phase 1 (Sofortiger Start): Greifen Sie über die offizielle 20-Stunden-Woche-Regelung in unsere technischen oder gewerblichen Immobilienverwaltungen ein.
  • Phase 2 (Spezialisierung): Wir sponsern Ihre beruflichen Zertifizierungen vollständig in Bezug auf deutsche Bauvorschriften, Energieeffizienzstandards, nachhaltige Modernisierungsstrategien oder kaufmännisches Asset Management.
  • Phase 3 (Der Abschluss): Direkter Übergang in einen finanzierten Doppelbachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Immobilienmanagement, Projektentwicklung oder Gebäudetechnologie, der akademische Hochschule mit unternehmerischer Verantwortung verbindet.

Ihre Schwerpunkte

  • Unterstützung bei groß angelegten Phasen der strukturellen Renovierung, der Umsetzung biophiler Entwürfe und Lieferantenverhandlungen.
  • Optimierung von Betriebs- und Wartungsabläufen durch intelligentes kommerzielles Facility Management.

Standort: Wunderschönes Süddeutschland (Bayern). Firmenwohnungen und Wohnraum vor Ort können bereitgestellt werden.
