Die Postbank Filialvertrieb AG berät bundesweit Kund*innen zu Finanzdienstleistungen und Non‑Banking‑Produkten. Im Wertpapiergeschäft stehen für uns qualifizierte Beratung, Vertrauen und Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe im Fokus.
Ihre Aufgaben
Sie beraten Kund*innen selbstständig und ganzheitlich zu Finanzdienstleistungen mit Schwerpunkt auf Wertpapierprodukten aller Risikoklassen.
Sie betreuen anspruchsvolle Kundengruppen (z. B. anlageaffine Privat‑ und Geschäftskund*innen) und entwickeln bestehende Kundenbeziehungen nachhaltig weiter.
Sie bauen einen eigenen Kundenstamm auf und tragen die Verantwortung für das Kundenpotenzial mehrerer Filialen.
Sie arbeiten eng mit Filialteams zusammen, generieren Leads und leiten Kund*innen gezielt an relevante Schnittstellen (z. B. PB‑Finanzberatung, Deutsche Bank Immobilien) weiter.
Sie agieren als Ansprechperson und Multiplikator*in für Vermögens‑ und Anlagethemen im Marktgebiet.
Sie sichern eine hohe Beratungs‑ und Servicequalität unter Einhaltung regulatorischer und interner Vorgaben.
Ihr Profil
Fachliche Voraussetzungen
Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Bankausbildung oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
Sie arbeiten serviceorientiert, belastbar und souverän in einem dynamischen Umfeld und stellen sich flexibel auf veränderte Rahmenbedingungen ein.
Sie besitzen die erforderlichen Sachkundenachweise (WpHGMaAnzV und EU‑VRR) oder sind bereit, diese vor Tätigkeitsbeginn zu erwerben.
Persönliche Voraussetzungen
Sie haben Freude an Beratung und Verkauf und interessieren sich für Kapitalmarkt‑ und Finanzthemen.
Sie treten freundlich und professionell auf, arbeiten gern im Team und bringen Engagement sowie Leistungsbereitschaft mit.
Sie übernehmen Verantwortung im Kundenkontakt und sind bereit, feste Beratungstage mit Präsenz in den zugeordneten Filialen wahrzunehmen.
Die Stelle wird in Voll- und in Teilzeit angeboten.
- Bewertung: Tarifgruppe E - entspricht im gehobenen Dienst den Besoldungsgruppen A 10/A 12
