  • Probendaten nach Bedarfsanalysen Steuerung komplexer
  • Biospecimen-Anfragen und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Kunden Enge
  • Zusammenarbeit mit globalen und lokalen Stakeholdern, wie externen
  • Lieferanten Koordination mit Bereichen wie Procurement, Legal,
  • Quality, SHE sowie Import/Export Qualitätsmanagement sowie
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und regulatorischer
  • Anforderungen Verwaltung und Pflege von Daten und Dokumentationen in
  • einem GxP-konformen LIMS Überwachung von Projektfortschritten,
  • Risiken und Eskalation kritischer Themen Mitwirkung an
  • Prozessverbesserungen, Initiativen und Optimierungsprojekten Was Sie
  • mitbringen: Abgeschlossenes Studium Berufserfahrung in Forschung,
  • Pharma-, Medizinprodukteindustrie, Diagnostiklaboren oder CROs
  • Erfahrung in der Beschaffung von Bioproben/Humanmaterial, Biobanking,
  • klinischen Studien oder Labordiagnostik Kenntnisse in regulierten
  • Umgebungen (z. B. GLP/GCP) Erfahrung mit LIMS- oder vergleichbaren
  • Daten- und Dokumentenmanagementsystemen Sehr gute Deutsch- und
  • Englischkenntnisse Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und/oder Google
