Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Spezialisten für technische Kommunikation & Marketing mit einem guten Gespür für verständliche technische Kommunikation und ansprechende visuelle Aufbereitung von Inhalten. In dieser Rolle verbinden Sie technische Dokumentation mit der Erstellung von Marketingmaterialien schwerpunktmäßig für unsere Softwareprodukte aus dem Bereich Nachrichten-/Kommunikationstechnik

  • Ausarbeitung und Pflege von Benutzerhandbüchern, Online-Hilfen und technischer Dokumentation für unsere Softwareprodukte im Bereich Kommunikations- und Nachrichtentechnik
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Grafiken, Diagrammen und Illustrationen zur Visualisierung technischer Zusammenhänge
  • Aufbereitung komplexer technischer Inhalte aus der Kommunikationstechnik in verständlicher und zielgruppenorientierter Form
  • Konzeption und Gestaltung von Flyern, Produktbroschüren und Präsentationsmaterialien
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produktmanagement und Marketing und Vertrieb
  • Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen Terminologie und Corporate-Design-konformen Darstellung
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Technische Redaktion, Nachrichtentechnik, Kommunikationstechnik, Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Mediengestaltung oder vergleichbar
  • Technischer Background in der Nachrichten- oder Kommunikationstechnik sowie Verständnis für Software- und Systemarchitekturen
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen für Softwareprodukte
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Layout-, Grafik- und Dokumentationstools
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Kreativität und Sinn für Design und Visualisierung technischer Inhalte
