WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHEN

  • Durchführung und Überwachung der Aktivitäten im Rahmen der rechtlichen Bestimmungen des US-(Re-) Exportrechts (ITAR / EAR)
  • Einleitung und Verfolgung der exportkontrollrechtlichen Genehmigungsverfahren (Technical Assistant Agreements, Manufacturing Licenses, General Correspondence, Commodity Jurisdication), sowie Koordination von Abstimmungen mit US Behörden und US Herstellern
  • Beratung und Überwachung der internen Stellen in den rechtlichen Angelegenheiten des US-(Re-) Exportrechts
  • Identifizierung von Gütern mit ITAR/EAR-Bezug
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Beratung von Projekten und Mitarbeitern zum Thema US-(Re-) Exportrechts
  • Mitwirkung bei der Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung
  • von Prozessen und Richtlinien
  • Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den US- Genehmigungsbehörden

Diese Position kann in Unterlüß, Kassel oder Kiel besetzt werden.

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches, rechtliches oder vergleichbares Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im gesuchten Aufgabenfeld
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse der ITAR-/EAR-Regularien
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP
  • Erfahrung in der Klassifizierung von US-Gütern
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit verbunden mit Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Umsetzungskompetenz
