- Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung, Kontrolle und Überwachung von Pacht- und Betriebsführungsabrechnungen
- Integration neuer Verträge in das System sowie deren selbstständige Verwaltung
- Termingerechte Abwicklung von Zahlungen und Überwachung offener Forderungen
- Betreuung und Kommunikation mit Mandanten sowie Wirtschaftsprüfern
- Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen, einschließlich Rückstellungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Bereichen, wie der Rechtsabteilung
- Mitwirkung im Budgetierungsprozess und aktiver Einsatz analytischer und zahlenbezogener Fähigkeiten
- Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungsprogrammen, idealerweise MS Dynamics Navision
- Verständnis von Vertragsinhalten und deren buchhalterischer Umsetzung
- Professionelle Kommunikation auf Deutsch
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Lust auf ein dynamisches Umfeld mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum
