Key Responsibilities:

- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met

- Answer questions about menu items, specials, and sports events to enhance guest experience

- Handle cash and process payments accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

- Promote specials and upsell menu items to maximize sales

- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

Salary: Guaranteed $15.00 an hour for tipped positions. This includes hourly rate and tips.

Skills and Qualifications:-

• •Previous experience as a server in a high volume full service bar and restaurant.
• •Must be a minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• •Must be TABC and Food Handler certified.
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Ability to work in a high volume fast-paced, high-energy setting
• •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• •Knowledge of alcohol service and responsible beverage service practices
• •Ability to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously
• •Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• •Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
